On October 21, 2017, on the occasion of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Specialized Committee of Product Quality Judicial Appraisal of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association was successfully convened at the Friendship Building of Ning Campus, President of East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai.

The meeting was presided over by Zhu Chunliang, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai judicial appraisal theoretical research society. From Shanghai Judicial Accreditation Research Association, Shanghai Huabi Testing Technology Co., Ltd. Judicial Accreditation Institute, Shanghai Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Institute, Shanghai Quality Inspection Association, Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Society Heat Treatment Professional Committee, Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yangpu District The senior product quality experts from different units such as the people's Procuratorate attended the meeting. Zhu Chunliang's speech on behalf of the research institute elaborated the significance of the professional committee of product quality forensic appraisal. First, as the first special committee established under the research institute, I hope to find out some experience and provide a successful template for the establishment of other special committees. Second, the special committee should gather the elite of the industry, form a professional team, and construct the theoretical highland of product quality, so as to better build the spirit of craftsmen and give guidance to practice. Thirdly, we should provide a platform for product quality forensic appraisal to move towards the whole country and even the whole world in discipline construction and theoretical innovation. In his speech, Liu Xuesen, President of Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute, introduced the reasons for the establishment of the Judicial Appraisal Committee for Product Quality and its preparatory process, indicating that the industry must be brought into an orderly, open and innovative operation track. 

In accordance with the voting, the first leading body and professional group leader of the professional committee of product quality forensic appraisal of Shanghai Forensic Academic Research Association was elected. Liu Xuesen was elected Chairman of the Special Committee, Wu Guibao, Li Fuchun and Tao Peizhen were elected Vice-Chairmen, Yan Jinglin was elected Secretary-General and Deng Qinqiu was elected Deputy Secretary-General. Deng Xiehe, Li Fuchun, Li Guangjin, Chen Youguang, Ren Songzan and Yang Weizhong were elected as the professional team leaders in mechanical equipment, electronic products and components, material products, electrical equipment, vehicles and transportation equipment, and value assessment. The Secretariat of the special committee is established in the Judicial Appraisal Institute of Shanghai Huabi Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Wangu Science and Technology Park, 1600 Guoquan North Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai.

The meeting discussed and unanimously adopted the Professional Committee on Product Quality of Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Association. It was agreed that the committee would devote itself to the theoretical research, standardized development and practical analysis of product quality forensic appraisal, promote the research and improvement of identification methods in different product areas, organize experience sharing and training related to product quality forensic appraisal, and promote the standardization of product quality forensic appraisal. Self-discipline, expand the impact of product quality forensic appraisal, and build a broad platform for the development of product quality forensic appraisal.
